With the season fast approaching our new Training routine will start to take effect from tonight.
The attached picture is the individual warm up provided to us by Joel and Paul.
When you arrive at training, this is the first item of business before we attack the nets at full speed.
Please begin to learn this as this will be a staple of all training sessions this season
